1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and industrial areas across India, including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, and surrounding regions.
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bulk orders may take extra processing time, which will be communicated in advance.
3. Shipping Method
Standard Items: Sent through trusted courier or logistics partners.
Heavy Equipment: (e.g., Pumps, Panels, HVAC Units) shipped via cargo transport or freight services.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on order weight, size, and destination.
Free delivery is available for bulk or project-based orders as per ongoing offers.
5. Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID or LR number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Damage or Missing Products
In case of any damage, shortage, or missing items, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll assist immediately for replacement or resolution.
7. Installation Support
For selected products (HVAC, Pumps, Fire Systems, etc.), on-site installation and commissioning support is available at an additional charge.
